Balanced Beauty Intentions

Happy 2018!

How is it going so far? Feeling different? Feeling the same as prior years?… My advice to you is simple: re-set and re-program your mind.

When you think healthy and happy thoughts, you will shift your entire day… You will become more at peace and eventually these consecutive positive days will add-up to shift and transform your thought process and entire life.

It all starts the moment you wake up. You get to choose what kind of day you are going to have and just who you are going to be.

Below are a few intensions for your to think about, use as daily affirmations or mantras for yourself or as a catalyst to create your own.

My wish for you this year is to align yourself with all things that make you feel happy, positive and at peace.

When you feel love, joy, creativity, and happiness- you are on the right track to be the best you can be and live this life to the fullest. It all starts with your thoughts and choices  — So get to it by becoming more aware of your thoughts, feelings and choosing to be more mindful with your day-to-day activities, interactions and relationships… Setting daily or weekly intentions is a powerful way to being this process of transformation!
